Every session begins with breathwork, a guided meditation, and a sacred invocation to call in the divine energies. I then facilitate the flow of healing energy, while you relax and receive, focusing gently on your intention and breath.

Note: My home is a sacred, shoe-free space—please remove shoes upon arrival.
Online clients: prepare a quiet, private space where you can be uninterrupted.
